I travel to Sheridan during the summer. I have been going to this place off an on for several years. Last year and the year before I had a really awful experience and chalked it up to COVID labor issues. But this year the the same happened and I just want to save someone from the nonsense. These people will tell you it's a 15 minute wait or even a 45 minute wait. So you wait, then when it's past your waiting time they move you to a chair to make you feel like it is almost your turn. Nope! There you sit for another 30 or more minutes. Then the service they provide is awful. I had gel on my toes and instead of removing the gel the guy did the pedicure right over the existing gell. He didn't file properly and my toes look worse than they did when I came in. I was there for a total of THREE hours after they told me to come back in 45 minutes which I did. Waited another hour for them to put me in a pedicure chair. Waited another 40 minutes for them to start. Do not waste all your time. There are other options in town.

Moon was great and she was able to do DIP nails! I had made an appointment but still had about a 45 minute wait but they were extremely busy! I will come back for a pedicure as well!

So I went in yesterday and had a great experience here. I'm used to getting my nails done kind of wild lol and long, but I'm getting older and I wanted to go with something sophisticated. Moon did my mani, and I'm not sure who did my pedi but it was a younger man.
I asked for Moon because her work was all over Yelp and I always like to see someone's work before I go in for an appointment, I'm not disappointed whatsoever. I love my nails! And she's an incredibly sweet person!
The only thing I would change is for the person doing pedicures to ask what shape we want our toes, because I always do square (makes my feet look better) and he made them round. He did a great job otherwise

The only flaw was the long wait, make sure you have plenty of time if you want a walk in appointment. Mine took about 2 hours. The service was absolutely excellent though and I'm extremely happy with the pedi I got here and I will be going back.

Well I had the biggest slap in the face today, went to get my nails done arrived on time, waited 25 minutes, she took off the last 2 nails off & informed .e I would have to come back at 12:30 to get new nails , complained about it agreed came back on time and sat 4 15 minutes, watched her take another customer before me, got mad & walked out. Have waited for a call NOTHING, WONT GO BACK TO. NAIL PRO EVER! SURE IT WON'T MATTER , /////.
