I love this place. They have a couple of red light options that I find very beneficial to my skin as well as my physical and mental health. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I also enjoy the other services they offer like spray tanning, skin wellness, the pod, and wide variety of regular tanning. Critical:ProfessionalismThe services are great. But the billing and how things are explained by the staff is lacking, We had stopped paying the membership cause of financial problems. We went back up there, the ladies at the front said we could start paying month to month we would just have to come in and do it. Their auto draft is supposed to be on the 1st every month which it shouldn’t have done. But for some reason they took the money out on the 17th of the month when we was told they only did it on the first and the ladies at the building told us we would be paying it ourselves instead of the auto draft.Service:TanningThe services are great. The services are great. But the billing and how things are explained by the staff is lacking, We had stopped paying the membership cause of financial problems. We went back up there, the ladies at the front said we could start paying month to month we would just have to come in and do it. Critical:Punctuality,QualityI wanted to love it, i really did. The salon is very clean and beds work well but those are the only positives. They are extremely overpriced & don’t offer many membership options. They are so pushy when trying to get you to buy products, that it feels invasive. Their frequent promotions for “free tans” get in the way of actual members being able to tan. They let people they know into beds before others, as well. I wanted to love it, i really did. The salon is very clean and beds work well but those are the only positives. They are extremely overpriced & don’t offer many membership options. They are so pushy when trying to get you to buy products, that it feels invasive. Their frequent promotions for “free tans” get in the way of actual members being able to tan. Tanning beds are fine, however my low rating is because I cannot stand how this place conducts business. I understand that you are running a business, however it was very frustrating to me that I wanted to come and relax and tan but your representatives would push and push to sell products. It was so bad I would often avoid the salon all together because I didn’t want to to be bothered. Additionally, when I was signing up for my membership-NO ONE mentioned to me that I had to terminate services by the 20th of the previous month otherwise it automatically drafts the next month. That’s just too bad. I hope this review helps others so that they do not end up in my shoes.

We had a coupon with no add-ons for a free spray tan and they told us we had to buy a membership but we knew multiple girls who had gone and not paid anything. They wouldn’t explain anything to us and they made rude comments and let other people go before us. We sat there for 45 minutes while other people got to go even though we had been there first. Don’t tan here if you are in Stillwater. Touch of bronze doesn’t Harass you about your eyewear and lotion. This place charges 9$ for goggles and everywhere else gives them for free. They make you show them everytime.Tanning
