LayAway Terms & Conditions

For your convenience, we offer a 60-day layaway on any item over $100.  Terms are 20% down, 20% due in 30 days, and balance due in 60 days.  In order to utilize this option, when placing your order, simply make a notation "LayAway Requested" in the Special Comments box of the Shopping Cart.  Even though your order will show the total value, we will only process your charge for the 20% amount.  At the end of the 30-day period, your charge will automatically be billed and additional installment of 20%.  At the end of 60 days, the balance due will be charged and the item will be shipped.  

If you wish to pay with check or money order, you will need to send the 20% deposit within 5 business days of date of order and the subsequent payments as stated above.  Late payments result in default of the agreement and item will be available for sale again.  You will be given a store credit for the amount paid to date less 20% restocking charges.  We will not hold items beyond the agreed layaway period.  

Cancellation of your order for any reason will result in a forfeit of the deposit amount.
